Can I make it to magic kingdom in less than two hours

My flight lands at 10:45. I just got reservations for Be Our Guest at 12:40. We are staying at Pop Century and will already be checked in. Do you think I can make it to Be Our Guest on time taking the Magical Express from the airport?

Maybe? I've found typical arrival time after landing to be about 90 minutes. If you get to the resort at 12:15, drop your stuff off, and immediately grab a bus to MK you MIGHT make it in time. Everything would have to go about perfect from timing. If you aren't stressed about missing the reservation then keep it and see how it goes.

On edit, I'd have to agree with no. We've never made it from the airport to the resort in less than 90 minutes, and even if you immediately catch a bus at the resort it is a 10-15 minute bus ride, then you have to go through security at the park, etc.

Scheduled to land at 10:45 and Magical Express - no way. If you were going direct with a rental car - maybe.

No. In fact we don't take Magical Express because we think it takes too long. It will take time to taxi to your gate and then to get your luggage. Then, unless you are arriving REALLY early or REALLY late, you will have to wait in line with all the other guests who are taking ME. Then you have to wait for the bus to load. Then, unless you are the first stop, you have to go to every darn resort that the other people on the bus on staying at. We think it is much more convenient to rent a car (or, I would assume, take a cab - not sure if Uber can work the airport?).

It is just so hard to tell with ME. It worked out perfectly for me last week. I tapped in at Magical Express at the airport and was in my room at Pop 41 minutes later last week but that isn't the typical experience.

It's possible, but too many variables which are out of your control to plan it that way.

They still have to get from POP to MK and all the way back to BoG. I just don't think it's possible.

No. Even if things went ideally (flight on time, hurried straight to ME, no line for ME, ME left as soon as you got on it, Pop first stop, don't have luggage and don't "check-in" just go straight to a MK bus), you'd probably get to MK in time, however you then have to walk to bag check, get through bag check and the turnstiles and make it to the back of the park. There's no way I'd keep that ADR and I can't imagine your chances of making it are realistically any better than 5%.

No, but the last time I had a lunch ADR at BOG, I got held up with transportation, and when I explained and apologized at checkin at the restaurant, she said that they would honor it until the end of the meal time.

You can keep the ADR and just go under modify to keep looking for later times/different day.

BEST case...you will arrive at BOG by 1:05.....but any delay and that will easily turn into 2:05

10:45 at the Gate
10:50 off the plane
11:00 at the ME staging area
11:20 ME buss leaves
12:00 arrive at pop
12:05 arrive at room
12:10 at pop bus stop
12:20 bus leaves pop
12:45 bus arrives at MK
12:55 arrive at main street
1:00 arrive at castle
1:05 arrive at BOG

That was nice of them. But I wouldn't depend on it always happening.

With a car service, carryons and Uber once you get to Pop (although I have NO idea where that is in relation to MK) to CR and walk, yes. Otherwise, not so much. I could do it from MCO to the Swolphin easily and probably would get the car service to just stop long enough to store our carryons with bell services and then on direct to the CR.
