Can I make an ADR without a hotel reservation?

Hello! I have a question that is a bit in advance, but I cant help but figure out the answer. My DBF, DM and I are planning a trip to WDW in early Dec 2013. At the moment we are deciding whether to wait booking until the possible announcement of the free dining plan special months and pray they include Dec, or just book our trip now and suck it up. If you have a suggestion for that predicament let me know! But that's not my main question: Can I book ADRs without already booking my room and tickets? Thank you

Yes. You can make ADRs 180 days from the day you want the reservation. With a room reserved, you can make ADRs 180 days from your check in date for your entire vacation (up to a 10 day vacation).
