Can I make ADRs 180 days out if I booked through Expedia?

We're staying at POP 2 nights after our cruise in December. Expedia was cheaper but I really want to get a breakfast that gets us in the park early. Can I make ADRs that way?

You can make ADRs at 180 days out regardless of where you are staying, so I don't see how it makes a difference if you book through Expedia or not. I booked for our last trip before we even knew where we were staying. And early breakfast reservations will get you into the park early, they have a list of ADRs at the park entrance.
