Hi everyone!
**If someone can tell me how to add photos I will enhance my live blog with them.**
This is my first trip report.

The players:

Me (38) :teacher: I am undiagnosed ADHD and I am a type A personality. I have been obsessively planning this trip for about 6 mos. I have a hard time to just sit back and enjoy. I am constantly telling everyone where to go and what to do. I have been to Disney 3 times before this one.

Mark (43):  I will explain the sickness later in my report. My husband is NOT a Disney lover . He will not be going to any of the parks unless I can talk him into it. He loves to play golf and will be doing that instead.

Cameron (12) :rockband: He is a lot like his Mom. However, he tends to tire easily and whine. I have already told him..."There is no crying in Disneyworld."

The other players:
Steve, my brother, 50ish - loves golf and Disney
Debbie, my SIL, 50 - has a lot of health problems; osteoparosis and arthritis; has trouble walking a lot
Alan, my NIL, 30 (birthday on this trip) - not a Disney lover; is not going to any parks
Stephanie, my niece, 29 - fellow Disney Lover
Lexie, my great niece, 9 - loves Disney
Alisha, a friend and cousin of Lexie's, 11 - loves Disney

We arrived on Saturday afternoon about 4 pm. We were able to immediately get into our house in Indian Creek. It is very nice...just as pictured on the internet. This is our first time ever staying in a vacation home. They are soooo close together. There are a LOT of lovebugs in our pool and around it...even with the lanai. The rental company came out and tried to see where they were getting in. The rental co. guy said that if they get on your car they will peel the paint off!
On Sunday we went to Animal Kingdom. There were 8 of us. My husband stayed at home because he wasn't feeling well. He has a lot of health problems. He had open heart 2 yrs ago. Then about 2 mos ago he had a series of 4 strokes. Praise God that none of them caused any deficits, but he had to have a brain procedure b/c of a blocked vertebral artery. All of this stems from diabetes. He is only 43. He didn't think that he could walk through the park all day. I was sad that he couldn't go.
Anyway, I have been to Animal Kingdom, but no one else had. So, I had a plan and I told everyone to just follow me. We were able to see everything except "It's Tough To Be A Bug" and Kali River Rapids. The park closed at 5 pm even though it was supposed to be 6 pm. Everyone loved the park.
We received a "dream" while waiting for the parade. A very very nice CM (not Dream Team) came up and asked Alisha if she would like to do something special. Of course she said yes. She took her over to the side and put a CM shirt on her with a name tag that said "Honorary Cast Member." She gave her a certificate that told what she was and a Dream pin. Then she let us take some pictures of her and said she needed to take her and she would be back later. She wound up helping to direct the parade. She was so excited. I have pictures but don't know how to add them.
After the parade it started to rain lightly. It was only 30 min till closing so we decided to go ahead and leave.
We left and ate at Black Angus Steakhouse which I do NOT recommend.
