Can I link these reservations??

I need to link some reservations and don't know if it can be done. Or, if it will be more of a hassle than it's worth. Here's the scenario, all reservations are at WLV in a studio:

July 8 (friend reserved for me with her points)
July 9,10,11 (I reserved with my points)
July 12 (friend reserved for me with her points)

Can all of these be linked since 2 of the nights aren't actually my DVC points? Will we have to move twice? Her points couldn't be transferred that's why she is in control of the reservations.

AFAIK, reservations made by different memberships cannot be combined into one reservation.

That said, MS should be able to cross reference the reservation numbers & put a note on them expressing your desire to stay in the same room. I'd repeat the request at check in. My best guess is that you will have to get new keys between the reservations, but not actually move. Good luck!

We had a similar reservation in December for a ST view at the BWV. I had called member services before traveling they noted it on the 3 reservations. At checkin I explained the situation, hoped to stay in the same room but knew we might not be able to. The CMs were most helpful. We did not have to move the keys were delivered to our room on the appropriate days. I went with no expectations of remaining in the same room and was pleasantly surprised.
