Can I leave my Travel Trailer in the overflow parking overnight?

I am planning to arrive on Friday to stay at Wilderness Lodge that night and then check in at the Fort on Saturday. I would like to drop off my Travel Trailer in the overflow parking lot on Friday and leave it overnight and pick it up on Saturday after check in. Is this going to be a problem? If so, can I park with the Travel Trailer at Wilderness Lodge on Friday night?

As long as you're staying on property they are willing to help you out. Be sure to tell them and get a parking pass to display.

We did something similar but with AKL. We went to the check in desk at the Fort, explained what we wanted to do and they printed us a parking pass, put it in a clear plastic bag and I attached it to the tongue jack. No problem.

We just had a 7 night reseravtion completed at the Fort, and asked about keeping our trailer there until we completed a 2 night resort stay elsewhere afterwards. We were told no - take the trailer with you to AKL - parking is available until midnight of the day you checkout only.

You must move the camper or trailer out of the campsite by the normal checkout time, although you may put it in the resort parking lot until you get back from the theme park to go home or move it to a different resort for a split stay. The camper or trailer may not be occupied or living equipment inside it used when not in a rented campsite, although we have heard of tailgate parties with most people standing around outside it.

Parking at the lodge can be difficult with a car not to mention a truck and trailer. I would just ask the FW CM's. If the lot is not full they should work with you. You only wanting to keep it in the parking lot the night before you check in and you are staying on Disney property that night.
