Can I just order drinks from bar at Le Cellier?

:confused::confused:This may be a strange question, but will it be possible for us to just walk into Le Cellie at Epcot and just order a round of drinks? We do not want to eat lunch here, just have a glass of wine and a martini then move on...

I read somewhere that there is no actual "bar" to sit at, so I am curious as to whether or not we could just walk in and order drinks. Please advise...I was hoping that surely we would not need reservations and have to take up a table just to do so....

I don't know if you can just order drinks at Le Cellier or not, as there is no separate bar seating area. A better choice may be the Rose & Crown Pub in the UK area. I think they also serve mixed drinks.

Another vote for Rose & Crown pub. I think Chuck is correct in saying that Le Cellier won't work just for popping in for a drink because they don't have an actual bar. :earsboy:

I agree with the previous posters. I'm sure I'll be corrected if I'm wrong but the only bars in Epcot that I know of where you can just stop in for a drink are Rose and Crown in England and Cava de Tequila in Mexico. There are various stands and carts outside other countries that offer alcoholic beverages that you can just walk up to.

For a place like Le Cellier and other restaurants around World Showcase you would typically have to make an ADR, even if its just to have drinks, unless you're lucky enough to get in just walking up :wizard:

that is what I was afraid of....we are planning a drink in each country and since I am not a beer drinker, I need to go in Le Cellier for a drink in Canada....I just hate taking up space at a tab;e for that but I will if necessary :) But yes, Rose & Crown is on my list for the UK

According to allears.net, there is a snack cart in Canada that sells a Torontopolitan - A delicious combination of Iceberg Vodka, Chambord, Cranberry and Orange Juices, and garnished with a Cherry $7.75

yum...an interesting option! Thanks

They also sell Canadian beer at the kiosk/cart in Canada (I think they had Labatt's and Moosehead last time we were there).

For a real treat stop into the gift shop and get a bottle of Canadian Maple Syrup. Now there is a drink that as a real "kick" to it.:rotfl2:

Le Cellier doesn't have room for a bar.

It may be very difficult for you to walk in just to sit and order drinks, due to the extreme popularity of Le Cellier it's usually booked up months ahead.

I had a similar situation when I wanted to pop in and just grab the "moose" dessert on my birthday. The girl minding the entrance located near the beer cart told me that they often do cheese and bread to go so she didn't think they'd have a problem with the dessert as well. Maybe they'd set you guys up with drinks to go!:wizard:

That would be awesome! I think I will ask and see what happens. It would be easy money and a great tip for whoever says yes!:flower3:
