Hi. I have been interested in this for a while and thought I just may give it a go. I don't have *a lot* of weight to lose but enough for me to be concerned (you know how we women are). I have a "desk job" so I sit a lot during the day and that isn't helping either. I was walking about 3 miles every other day or so but went on vacation and didn't resume when I came back. I am trying to eat very healthy, or as healthy as possible and my one girlfriend is coming over today and we are going to walk together. So if you all don't mind ~ I'd love to join.
