Can I have Groceries delivered to PPH? Didn't know if DLR hotels allowed this or not.

Sure. All the hotels will accept grocery deliveries for you. We ordered them at GCH; the bell desk held them for us till we checked in shortly after they arrived. When we had them delivered to HoJo, they actually put them in the room for us.

Just call the hotel a few days before and let them know you have groceries coming, and what the delivery time window is. They will make a note of it so reception knows to hold them for you.
