Can I get tickets at hotel?

Hi everyone,

This is our first Universal trip, we have always done disney. Anyway, can I buy my tickets at the hotel desk like we do at Disney? I might buy them online before we go, but if not, will we have to wait in line at the park to get them?

Didn't buy them there but did see a counter selling tickets at RPH last year and signs advertising by 2 get one free.

You can buy tickets at Concergie. You can buy them online and pick them up at the e-kiosks. You need the credit card that you bought the tickets with and your secret code. It takes a minute for the tickets to print out.

I was thinking of purchasing my tickets at the hotel also. Does anyone know if they accept personal checks for payment?
