Can I get this service?

Maybe this is a silly question. Can we contact someone at the resort (csr) and have a Pal Mickey waiting in our room for DD? If so, how do you go about it?

You could probably have it waiting for you at the front desk when you arrive, or have it delivered once you are in your room.

From what I hear the resorts might be hesitant to place something in your room b/c until you are in it, the room isn't actually yours. Which means someone else could get your Pal Mickey.

But you should contact the resort a few days before you check in to see if its an option.

You can contact Disney mail order at 407-363-6200. They will deliver the Pal Mickey to your resorts gift shop.

As Ziggy mentioned, typically you will not have gifts placed in your room prior to arrival. Just too many changes that could take place and you could end up sprinking another family with pixie dust as they arrive to find a Pal Mickey sitting on their bed.

The Disney florist does deliver to your room after you have checked in. They have a website at www.disneyflorist.com and will do custom baskets with whatever items you want inside.

Are you traveling with another adult? Could you hide the Pal Mickey in your luggage and distract your DD after you check in and have the other person run up to the room and place Pal Mickey in there?

OK - This sounded less complicated in my head, but we did something like this once when returning home from Disney after Easter. The kids were amazed the the Easter Bunny came while we were away!

This sounds like something I would try and about kill myself trying to pull it off!

We will be arriving late in the day. I don't even know if the resort gift shop will be open at that time (9-10:30 pm) or if I can get delivery service at that time but I really wanted her to be able to use him bright and early the next morning. Does anyone know if the shops are open late or if there is delivery service late?
