Can I get there from here . . . in time?

I would like to watch Wishes at 7:00 PM on Moday, Jan. 10, and (the fastest way - we do have a car) get to our PS at AP at 8:00. Is this possible? We are three adults - no stroller worries - and we move pretty good for middle aged folks!

I think you can make it but it will be close.

You might want to valet park at the Contemporary. That way you can take the resort monorail to the CR, get you car and drive over. The drive shouldn't take more than 5 minutes once you get your car from valet.

I would tell you to self-park at the CR, but I don't want to get flamed.

Could you park at wilderness lodge, and take the boat over to the MK and then take the boat back over after the fireworks. It would cut down on driving around. I don't know if this is possible. Never tried it, I just know that we hated driving anywhere after we go to DW and relied alot on Disney Transporatation, and we loved the boats back and forth from WL and FW, to MK.

I think if you watch Wishes towards the front of MK---meaning near the train station--so you can make a quick getaway it would be very important. It gets really crazy with everyone trying to leave the park after the fireworks. Plus having to wait for transportation to handle the load. You can't park at MK--you will still have to take the monorail in from TTC, so I don't think the car will help that much. Then like the above poster said you can be first on the boat from MK across to the Wilderness Lodge. I think you will make it fine. And worst case, you are a few minutes late and have to wait a few minutes longer. They will accommodate you and if you don't have small children to be keeping happy then it should be fine! Have fun!

This is a good suggestion. However, if you will be at MK all day, they may not let you park at WL unless you are a guest. If you are just hitting MK in the evening for a few rides and Wishes, there shouldn't be a problem.

However, I believe that if you valet, there is no time limit and you can do this.
