Forgive me, I promise I have used the search feature before posting but cannot find adequate information for my question.

We booked with II before they dropped the contract for this coming June. I was under the impression I could not get the dining plan with II, however it seems after browsing some of the threads regarding RCI that I may be able to? Is this a possibility and if so who do I need to contact? Ive read posts that unless I am a DVC owner member services will not answer my question. Anybody have any info? I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks!

There should be a phone number on the confirmation you received that you would call to add it.

I got routed around on the phone a few times before I got to someone who could add it to my II exchange rez -- not sure where I ended up, (but I think it was actually DVC Member Services, and I don't think we're allowed to post that phone number on here). I think it was successful (will find out in June!). So expect that it might take a few minutes or more (or maybe it will be quicker for you).

DVC Member Services will gladly work with you over the phone as long as you have a confirmation number for your exchange through either RCI or II. When you call them, you need to tell them out front that you have a confirmed exchange and you'd like to make arrangements for the DME, DDP, ADRs, tickets, anything that their concierge services normally cover for Members. They will transfer your call to a desk that handles all the incoming exchange guests. This is all included with that added $95 Resort Fee that you'll be paying when you arrive at the front desk of the resort. Have a great trip!
