Can I get some help here?

I just switched from WL to CBR and the quote they gave me was $3205.98 which is what I had come up with. They are comming up with $3339.88 which is a difference on $133.90 and they keep telling me it's the insurance. Well I already had the insurance in the $3205.98 quote. I went online and did a mock quote and I came up w/ $3205.98 w/ insurance and they keep telling me I'm wrong it's $3339.88. So can someone go online and price this for me before I go insane????? It's like they are charging me twice for the insurance and I keep telling them that and they don't understand.

Are they charging you a room change fee or for an extra night? The charge looks about right for 1 additional night. Also, you may want to check and see if they are charging you for making a phone ressis versus an online ressie. Looks to me though, like they have you down for 1 additional night. If they won't change it, I would suggest you just cancel your orginal ressie and rebook online. good luck!

Sometimes you just run into a dingdong at Disney. Just 10 minutes ago I got off the phone with a CM who tried to book me for a club level room at the POFQ. She insisted that there was such a thing.

I FINALLY got it fixed. They charged me twice for the insurance. The last person I spoke to said she couldn't see it on her end but guest servcies could. I knew I wasn't crazy!!! THANKS

Yeah, I'm with you. I got the $3205.98 with the trip insurance. Call back once more and if you don't get a CM that can help you, ask for a supervisor. The prices should be the same online and on the phone. I always check prices online and make my reservations on the phone and it's the same, to the penny.

I know you got your challenge fixed however I have a question. Did you by chance change your dates in addition to the resort? If you did change dates, that is why you would have been charged twice for the insurance as insurance dates are normally not changed. Glad you got it taken care of.

No I didn't change my dates I just changed from WL to CBR. I had looked at my current ressie, did the ressie online to find out what the new price was going to be and called. The lady gave me the same price I had come up with but online it was showing something different. Apparently when they went from one resort to the other they added on the insurance amount again.
