Go to any of the websites that have Disney information. Copy and paste the information to a document on your computer. Then copy and paste it to the Russian translation site.
There is also a book - WDW for Kids by Kids that you might be able to use for text.
We have been to WDW with many "newbees". We have taken foreign exchange students from Belgium, France, Albania, Thailand and Russia with us. Even though they were all older teens and could speak/understand English well, they didn't really 'get it' until we were there. We've also been there with relatives who I know had read some information (quite a bit). Until we got there, they didn't really understand either.
If you have shown her pictures and she knows where you are going and some basic facts, I wouldn't worry anything else.
