Can I get an accidentally deleted PM back?

I was trying to get rid of some old PM's this morning, and accidentally deleted one that I had not read yet.

Is there any way to get it back???

Could you ask the sender if it is still in their sent box? They could resend it to you. Other than that, I don't have any ideas.
