Can I get a lowdown on Halloween?

We are coming into Fort Wilderness in Halloween in the cabins. I am seeing bits and pieces about Halloween events, but can someone give me the lowdown on all of the fun stuff that usually happens on Halloween? I want to be prepare with decorations, candy etc.
