Can I freeze strawberries using Splenda?

I'm freezing fresh strawberries, and my mom is diabetic. Would it work to use Spenda instead of regular sugar to freeze them?

Hmmmm, I'm thinking you could call or email Spenda?

I don't see why you couldn't freeze them as you would if you put sugar on, I guess I just don't understand why do it that way rather than just freezing them without any thing?

I thought about freezing them without sugar. Tomorrow I am going to call Splenda and we'll go from there. Thanks for your response!

I generally freeze them without anything. I wash, air dry a bit, cut and then spread on a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper, pop in freezer, once frozen put into freezer bags and then just take out what I need each time.
