My Publix bakery makes pretty good pizza crust dough. They put it in a bag and then all you have to do is roll it out and make a pizza. It is on sale buy one get one this week. It is just me and my daughter, so would only need one. Can I freeze it raw and would it be ok and cook the same after frozen? Would it be ok to just freeze it in the ball form or would you roll it out? Just curious. It isn't really that big of an expense, but I'd hate to do it and then get it out to defrost to make dinner only to find out it didn't taste good and ruined a dinner.
