Want to go to WDW next early Dec (2007). UR is Febuary for the BCV, will have to borrow from 2008 for this trip. So, am I right in thinking I can book the BCV 11 months out and then 7 months out try and change this ressie over to the Boardwalk? How is this done?

Yes. Simply book your home resort at 11 months, then at 7 months call and see if their is availabliliy at BWV, is so then they will cancel your BCV ressie and book the BWV ressie.
