Can I do this with ME?

We have reservations at BLT. But we rented vacation club points for two nights before this stay. Since we rented, we are not in control of the reservation. The person we are renting has given ME our flight information, but we haven't gotten our info yet and we leave in two weeks. I hate to keep bugging him about it. Can I give ME our flight info attached to our other reservation, even though we are coming in earlier than that reservation? OCD in me, I guess! I just don't want to get to the counter and risk not having a place on the bus!

Call DME and see if they have you in their system. They should be able to tell you if they have a reservation for you for that early arrival...vs the original one. If they don't have you in the system, just give them the info. You should be fine.

Well, they don't have me in the system for my flight down. There is no ME added onto that reservation. They won't add it, or say they can't. So, I guess I wait....and just show up. I was also told that if I call within 24 hours, they can make the reservation for me then. But no luggage tags.
