Can I do it?

I can't believe I can't figure out how to get in everything I want to on a solo trip! I'll be there Dec. 9 to 13th.

The only night I could get LeCelliar was Monday at 9:10. This is my one restaurant must do. That is also the only night MGM is open late. Fantasmic is a must do.

Sat I have 6:45 CP at Epcot - so can't do Fantasmic.
Sun I wanted to be at MK for Wishes and a solos meet at 8:30 - so Fantasmic wouldn't work.
Tues I have a 7:40 dinner with other Dis'ers - so no Fantasmic.

That leaves my options to try to see Fantasmic at 7:00 on Monday, then make it to LeCelliar by 9:00, or head over to MGM on Sunday night and miss Wishes and the meet at MK - in which case I'd have to go to MK after the CP on Saturday.

I really want to be at MK one late night - I don't care if it is Saturday (open to 11) or Sunday (EMH). But since I'll be at Epcot for 6:45 CP, it makes sense to just stay there for the evening.

Do you think I could make LeCelliar by 9:00 if I see Fantasmic at 7:00? And when would I work in Osborn Lights?

Oh, my aching head! This was supposed to be a take it easy no planning trip!

To the first question, yes. Shouldn't be a problem. The show is about a 1/2 hour long. Say the show ends at 7:30, then it takes you 15 minutes to navigate through the park and crowds to leave the park and get to the buses (I assume you're taking the bus from MGM to EPCOT? If you're driving, even better for you). That's 7:45 at the latest. Then, even if it somehow takes 30 minutes in waiting for the bus to arrive and to get to EPCOT, that's still 8:15 or so, giving you 45 minutes to make your way to World Showcase. No problem.

The second question, yes; if you don't mind spending only 20-30 minutes seeing the Lights (Lights starts at 6 pm). You'd want to at least get to Fantasmic 30 minutes ahead of time, so if only 20-25 minutes worth of Lights is enough for you, then you could see those as well.

6 pm - 6:25 pm: Lights
6:25 pm: head over to Fantasmic (a half hour ahead of time should get you an OK seat)
7 pm: Fantasmic
7:30 pm: Head out of the park to buses
8:15 pm: approximate arrival time at EPCOT
9 pm: Le Cellier

That's how I'd play it, if I were you.

Well I was going to chime in, but that post was good advice. I wouldn't miss wishes and the meet for fantasmic, so the above suggestion is perfect.

I'm pretty sure there isn't a bus from MGM to EPCOT. The buses only run to the resorts from MGM. However there is a walkway that goes from MGM to the EPCOT resorts and then over to EPCOT. If' you're feeling fit and want to walk I think it's probably about 1 1/2 miles(big guess there). Or if the line isn't too bad you could take the boat from MGM to the Beach Club and walk to EPCOT from there.

There IS a bus between MGM and the front entrance to Epcot; there's also the boat from MGM to Epcot's International Gateway; there's also the footpath.

Whichever route the OP chooses, yes, it's definitely doable.

Sorry about that. I didn't realize there were buses between parks. Thanks for the info. :thumbsup2
