Can I do event-only for DIS CON 2?

I'm thrilled to see the announcement! I was curious as to whether I can pay the $150 per family deposit, then stay at a different resort (not the swan or dolphin). Can I do this?

I am not Pete or Marsha, but I am pretty sure you can. That is one reason Pete wanted to make the hotels completly seperate from the convention!

I absolutely believe that you can ead! However you will need to pay for all the events for the people attending.

Yes, the events are handled by us here (the $150 deposit), the hotel is seperate. While you're free to stay at another hotel, I really suggest the S/D. Especially at $129 a night...it is an AMAZING DEAL (end of S/D pitch
