Can I cry now? They cancelled my ADRs!

So we're leaving next Tuesday so I thought I'd check my ADR online tonight. I booked them all at my 180 mark, I thought everything was fine. Well, I get to the Mickey Backyard BBQ entered my confirmation # and it says in big red letters CANCELLED! They I entered my confirm # for CRT and guess what CANCELLED!!!!

OMG, I've got BBB scheduled before our CRT lunch, and now I've got no CRT!!!

The only thing I can think of is that both of these charged my CC when I booked it. I called a CM a few days later and told her that we were on the Dxddp so she reversed my charges, obviously she CANCELLED my ADRs........

I'm going to have a fit on the phone first thing tomorrow morning!
 
I am so sorry this has happened to you. I would also have a fit with them.....:headache:....Good luck!! :mad:
 
Nope just these 2, thank God!

That's why I think it's gotta be the CC charge thing. I obviously got a CM that didn't know what she was doing!
 

Oh no. Oh hell no. I;d be pitching a HUGE fit too. Good thing you checked before you got there. HOPEFULLY they cam fix it for you. please :wizard: please :wizard: please :wizard:
 
Oh no that's horrible, please let us know what happens after you call... I have all my fingers and toes crossed so that they fix it for you!

That's horrible! I hope Disney is able to get those back for you. Especially the CRT!
 
Oh, I WOULD cry... makes me ill just thinking about it. Had to go check my ressies just to ease my mind.
 
I would most certainly be in tears! Mixed in with fits of rage!

I really hope that they fix the problem. Heck, for the trouble I think I'd only be happy if they didn't take my credits for the meals :)
 
UPDATE!!
Oh thank you pixie dust!!! When the CM removed my charges for the ADRs she cancelled and then rebooked which gave me a new ADR #. She never told me that or gave the new number.....So while on the phone this morning with the most wonderful CM, he couldn't find those 2 ADRs. Here instead of booking it until either of my 2 phone numbers, she put it under my zip code....so on his 3 attempt he finally found them!!!!!

Yeah!! I can breathe a sigh of relief now!

I was about to post something like this. VERY few CMs at dining can simply reverse the charges. The usual method to changing from a pre pay on a CC to just a hold since you have the DDP is to cancel the original reservation, credit the card, and rebook. This can be dangerous since if they do it the wrong way, they can easily end up with nothing to rebook.
