Can I check my requests with you?

Excuse my ignorance, I'm totally new here, but what are "concierge requests" and can anyone make requests? How do i make requests? Thank you in advance

If you book a concierge level room you get a shoreside concierge host to help you with reservations/ requests.

If you are booked in a Concierge room, you have Concierge services available to you that many other cruisers do not.

One of which is you can submit to shoreside Concierge at 125 days prior to your cruise your wishes/wants regarding such things as dining rotations, charactor meet & greet tickets, specific beverage requests for your room, cabana/excursion bookings.

At 120 days out at the split second that all those things come available to Platinum level Castaway Club members the Concierge requests go through first.

I request to have h20 products as well as the elemis they now give in Conceirge rooms. I prefer h20 products! My wife likes the elemis.

I hope you have a lovely cruise. I also request milk in the fridge because I drink a lot of milk..

I am disabled so I request a table at dinner that does not require steps.

I see you have your meet and greets! Great. You might want to ask them nearer the time what movies are playing on the ship. Any debuts etc. I did and they were very helpful.

Have a nice time! Btw they supply sun screen on the conceriege subdeck which is useful.

How do I know If I have booked in a concierge room??

Your booking category says Concierge. It's like asking, "how do I know if I've booked business class/first class on my flight?" Because it costs a lot more, and you specifically book that category.

A couple other things we have asked for ahead of time, but they can also certainly be requested from your stateroom host after boarding: a certain type of pillow from the pillow menu, and also if you are on an extended balcony (a bump-out), a sideways category T on the classics with the longer balcony, or the big suites, you can ask for a lounger or two that fold flat all the way.

We have also requested on the Dream Class to have the semi-circle "cupcake" booth when dining at Enchanted Garden. Some people hate them, but we love them - but they do not fit more than 3 comfortably, unless you have very small children.
