I really dont want to make a whole new reservation! Oh my God and loose my SPR! So if DS & I show up to checkin at port without DH and tell them that DH has stayed home would this be acceptable? Or would they not let DS & I on the ship? Basically his part would still be "paid"

Not sure -- but I've heard this mentioned before. If you are traveling without DS's father -- you may want to get a notarized permission from your husband to take DS out of the country with you on vacation.

I don't think a whole new ressie is required to cancel one person. Call DCL or DVC to get a positive answer -- I wouldn't want to wait around and worry.

I agree with Jody, call DVC member services now and get the exact information you need, everything else is just speculation.

I don't think you will need anything to take your child alone on the cruise, as long as you are not divorced. I've taken my daughter alone a few times and never needed a statement from my husband allowing it. :)

Good luck!
