Can I change free DC passes from Busch Gardens to Seaworld on the spot?

We're headed down today and will be going to DC on July 8. After DC we have reservations to Dine with Shamu (the only day we could do it).

At the last minute we were able to have our DD's friend join us on the trip. Her father called last night to get her a ticket to DC with us, but when asked if he wanted passes for Seaworld or Busch Gardens (I didn't even know you could choose), he said Busch Gardens.

I am going to call today to get her added to our dining reservation with Shamu, but once we get there, will there be any problem changing her free passes to Seaworld? I don't have to have to pay for a Seaworld ticket for her, and we are not going over to Busch Gardens in any case. Thank you in advance

I don't see a problem, your DC id will be your pass into SW, and you'll process it when you get to DC.
