Can I change dates for MNSSHP?

I bought our tickets for the October 16th party because our schools were supposed to be on fall break on Friday, October 17th, so no big deal if the kids were out late. Because we missed school due to Hurricane Fay, we now have a make-up day on the 17th. Does anyone know if Disney will change days for me, or even refund the tickets due to the circumstances?

The "official policy" says "no."

But you can always TRY.

You never know when you'll find a CM who will give you a bit of extra "magic."

If you get turned down on the first try... Try, try again.

Your best bet is to call ticketing services and see if you can send yours back and have them send you new ones
