Can I cancel LLSP?

My flight just canceled, can't get to Disney to make our reservations LLSP
tomorrow morning. Can I cancel them and get my money back?

Officially no but you can modify them to another day. You can also try the Chat function in MDE or stop by a GET Blue tent location in a park, and they usually will make it happen for you.

Given the current air transportation issues, I wouldn’t be surprised if Disney agreed to refund you for your LLs. Call them. I’m sure you won’t be the only one asking!

Calling Disney is the best option given the current uncertain travel times. I’m guessing many are facing similar travel challenges so they may have put plans in place to assist guests.

Bright spot in an extremely disappointing day: I chatted with Disney online. They sent me a separate, secure form to fill out and refunded both the LLSP and the two LLMPs. Yay for kindness, right?

I’m glad they took care of that for you. Disney usually responds reasonably to emergency situations like this (and hurricanes too).

Hopefully you and DD will be able to reschedule your trip soon!

Yeah, it really stinks for a lot of people getting impacted by these travel cancellations, but Disney knows this is beyond their guests' control and will likely be very understanding about such things. They are more flexible with their policies during hurricanes and such too.

I do hope you get to reschedule your trip and enjoy some Disney time eventually.
