Can I buy park tickets at resort?

Not sure if this is the correct forum or not.

Can I buy the park tickets at the resort and have it all put on my KTTW card at check-in or do I need to purchase the tickets at the one of the parks?

I believe each of the Disney resorts has a concierge desk, where you can buy tickets or make restaurant reservations when need be.
