You should have no problem bringing a backpack into the parks, and it's ok to bring your own snacks. Save a lot of money! I think pretty much everyone brings some kind of bag into the parks, at least if they're wise and bringing all the essentials! Hope you have fun!

I put everything from first aid stuff, camera stuff, snacks, bottled water, autograph books etc. I try to stick to the smaller backpacks with the cushioned straps, they are easier on your shoulders. I always travel with my mom and we take turns carrying the backpack. They will check your backpack at the front entrance so remember not to bring in anything glass.

I love bringing my backpack with me as I carry all the essentials

~snacks (put in large ziploc so that it doesn't get wet on Splash!)
~light windbreaker for those unexpected Florida rain falls
~camera and lots of film!
~pennies/quarters for pressed pennies
~hand sanitizer
~hat just in case
~Ziploc for anything to keep for my scrapbook
And whatever else you want to carry around. I also use a Brita water bottle and save a TON of money just drinking water and it taste SO much better with the Brita!
Have fun and make lots of magical memories.
