Can I book now then change for better rates?

I am planning on booking Sept 14-20 at ***. If I book now and free dining gets offered, can I change my reservations? Will I get charged a fee? How does this work?

My guess is that either you are planning to stay at All Star Sports (which has an unfortunate abreviation) or the abreviation of your resort name is also the same 3 letters as a non-public code since the filter makes it ***.

The answer to your question is that yes you can book now if you want. When the code is released you will just need to call and try to have it applied to your reservation. As long as the code is released more than 45 days in advance there is no fee. If it is released less than 45 days in advance and applying the code results in a reduction in price of your reservation they could charge a $50 fee for the change. One way to avoid that is that if you are booking a rack rate reservation, book a basic package without dining that way when you add the free dining code the price remains the same. If for some reason they don't release free dining then you can add the dining plan any time up until 3 days before you arrive. If you have a pin code then I would go ahead and book with dining because the code is often different for packages with dining and without dining and you may not be able to change at a later date.
