My daughter is now an adult and i am wanting to book a cruise with 4 adults in one stateroom. Does Disney allow this?

As long as the stateroom accommodates 4 and there is space in the lifeboat station for 4, absolutely.

Yes, if you put in 4 adults online it will only let you book in rooms that accommodate 4. Just because a room has 4 berths though doesn't mean you can book 4, as stated Disney expects several berths to go unused and has muster stations sized appropriately.

Yes they will.
FYI: the beds will be 1 queen, the couch will fold down to a twin bed and a bunk twin will fold down from the ceiling ( a few cabins have a Murphy Bed)
You may want to price out booking two cabins it’s sometimes cheaper or just a little more.

Any time I've tried to price 2 cabins vs. one for 4 adults, the 2 cabins option is WAY more expensive. So, we always squish into one cabin and it's fine. We do find that the upper bunk is very cramped length wise. There's like a little bumper thing at the foot of the bed, and if you're tallish, your feet with crash into it. Both of DD's are 5'7" and they are very uncomfortable up there. The murphy bed, on the other hand, seems to be a little roomier and doesn't have the bumper thing at the foot. So, we book those rooms now.

I think the "bumper thing" is removable if you ask your host. It was not on there when I had to sleep up there, and @PrincessShmoo also has pictures without rails on the ends.

Good to know that the bumper rails can be removed. I think tall people will still have the issue of their feet hanging off the bed, but it's got to be more comfortable than hitting the metal bars. Thanks for the pic!

Found this pic online...it shows the bars at the head and foot that I didn't realize could be removed.
