I code a pin for the 40% off. I booked a room for my family. Since then I've been talking with my brother's family and they would love to go as well. My niece will be 3 and they were talking about going in the fall (which is when I booked) and we thought it would be fun to go together. Can I book two rooms? One for my family and one for DB family? And do they have to be at the same resort? They might want to stay on the monorail wherease those hotels are out of my budget this year and we'll go moderate. Thanks for you help!

yes, I believe you can. I did with no problem. One for us and one for DD and family.

has anyone booked two different sets of dates with the code, i booked sept, but was also thinking of booking oct as a backup in case schedules change.

What 40% off code?

Its a PIN code that's randomly mailed to a small percentage of people. Sorry, it's non-transferable or I would be happy to share.

Some people say that you become elligible by ordering the trip planning DVD &/or by playing with the reservation site and pricing out different resort options. Since I did both of those things in the early stages of planning our trip, it may very well be true.

HAve you joined AAA? THey offer a much easier to get 10-20% discount off accomodations.

I was told that you can book up to 3 rooms, but they had to all be at the same resort. They let me book my parents and my family separate rooms using my 40% off rate with two different reservations. I gave them both of our families information, put down 2 - $200 deposits since it is technically two different reservations and now we just have to wait till December. Good luck.

Its true what Hobbester said. I booked three rooms and got 3 different reservations. I had to give all the info of everyone staying and put down the 200 deposit for each room. We also booked the night before which is not on the 40% off code and had to pay rack rate for 3 rooms and I had to pay for those in full. We have grandparents and friends using the other rooms with us.

Can each party pay for their rooms on their own credit/debit cards (or whatever payment form they want to use) or does it all have to go on one card (with the name of the person who received the PIN code)?

I think each party can pay themselves because I had to tell them to put it all on my card.

Did all of the rooms have to be at the same resort? Were they room only or package? If package did all three rooms have to have same package?

All 3 were at the same resort and they were all the same packages. I dont think it mattered what the length of stay or package was?
