Just wondering if anyone knew.....if I go ahead and book one room with my 40% off code and then my parents decide to go, can I call back and add another room to my reservation and still get 40% off? :confused3

I did book 2 rooms last August with a code - but I booked them at the same time. You can always book both and then call back and cancel if you don't need one of the rooms.

Yes you can add on later. It is pretty easy if you get someone that knows what they are doing. Just give them your ressie # and then say you need to book another room. It helps to tell them that the additional people live with you too. That way they add them to the "household." Hope this helps!

I was told by the CM that I booked with that you can book up to three rooms with the pin codes, and that all would have the 40% off rate, so long as you (the person with the code) is still traveling as part of the group.

I'm not sure if you can add rooms after the initial booking, though.

I got the 40% room code, and when booking the CM told me I could only book 2 rooms if we all lived in the same household. I was also told that we had to have two separate reservations; they could not put both rooms under one reservation.

Neighbor, you must've gotten the same CM we got because that is the exact same thing we were told and we too had to get separate reservations.

How bizarre! I was told that I could give my sister my PIN code and that she could book on her own. (As it turns out, she's going in July, and the code isn't valid for her dates, so I'm not sure how it would have turned out.)

I got a 40% off code. I'm a single parent and was planning to travel with another single parent friend. When I called and booked my ressie, I asked if I could add a second room on and if I had to do it right then or I could call back. They said I could add another room at the same price, as long as the dates were exactly the same, and that I could call back to do it. I got off the phone, called my friend and got his ok to book the room. When I called back, they let me book his ressie with my 40% discount, but set it up as a separate reservation under his name with its own confirmation number. This was fine with us as it made it easy to keep the costs separate.

I used a 40% code to book two rooms. The CM said they are only supposed to let them be used for groups that all live in one household, but she let me book it for my in-laws anyway since all the billing was coming to one address. We are staying different lengths, so it is not for the exact dates...same arrival date, but different departure dates.

TO me that makes no sense... how many households require three rooms? Two, absolutely, but three??? That's an awful lot of people to be sharing one house.

At one point my parents were thinking of joining up and I called to ask this same question. I was told that I could book their room as part of my party but it has to be for the same hotel and the same exact dates (they would have been going home before us).

Ok, for this particular Pin Code you can book up to three rooms. You can book one for yourself and two more rooms for friends. They DO NOT have to live in your household nor do they have to be staying the exact same dates or even in the same hotel as you are. Do not say that the other people live at your house, it's not needed plus if you put them in your "household" they will not get special offers in the future or future mail at their real address. If you're using DME the tags would be sent to you as well. It is much easier to just do it correctly to begin with and everyone loves honesty. If someone tells you differently when you call ask them to check their policies again.

We are staying at the All Star Music March 17-21 '08 Will the 40% discount work for our dates? Also who do I need to email to get the code for the 40% discount or how can I get it? Also will I be able to apply the code within 11 days of my trip? I've been to Disney World over 15 times with my family but this is the first time I have planned a trip for myself and my wife. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks:cool1:

Are you CERTAIN about this?:confused3

Forgive me for questioning you. I'm not saying that I don't trust you - I just don't know your sources. I'm VERY much hoping that you know what you're talking about because my SIL has a code offer, and we're now planning a family gathering for Sept 2-8. We'll need 3 rooms, and this information would certainly make life much easier!:)

Yup. This is what I did.

Got three rooms for three parties at three different addresses, with three separate confirmation numbers. My parents were even allowed to add an extra date to thier trip, prior to my arrival, and still got the 40% off rate.

This was from a code that I recieved on a flyer in the mail.
