Can I be at any hotel for Disney bus to Port Canavarel?

going on cruise with sis next year. Want to do character breakfast before getting on Disney bus to Port Canavarel. Can I take bus from different hotel? Do I need to do anything special to do that? Is there an early bus available so we can get on boat early? Thanks! 1st cruise, very excited!

They need to know the hotel you are staying at and luggage and you will be picked up there. We stayed at Contemporary and Polynesian and went to there character breakfasts. If you go to another you need to get back for pick up time for you, but you do not need to be in your room when the luggage is picked up often that's 8 am.

So at my hotel front desk, can I tell them about my luggage, and the different hotel I want to be picked up at? Should I talk to the desk of the hotel I want to be picked up at also? Does the bus send out any text on ETA? Thanks!

You will only be picked up at the hotel you are registered at, and have purchased the $35pp transfers. Buses leave between 11:30AM and 12:30PM and you will not get to the port early. As posted, your checked luggage will be picked up from your room after 8AM. When you check into your hotel you tell them you have DCL
transfers and they will give you instructions and a letter will be put in your room the night before with instructions.
