We're planning on going to WDW July 2007 with my brother, his wife and their 2 DDs so will book the accommodation in August 2006 (2br villa at OKW for 14 nights).
At that time we'll need all the points left from 2006 (only 3!), plus all 2007 (245), and all borrowed 2008 (245). Even then we will be about 30 points short of what we need.
So one option is to buy some from another DVC owner and have them transferred to my account.
If I did that in 2006 (after April as that is our use year) would I be able to bank them? Or must I wait until 2007 use year which means waiting until April 2007 and risking not being able to get the accommodation we need.
If we can't bank the points we'll have to rent the extra day as we'll be booking flights in August this year too so need to tie all the dates up.
