Can I bank points more than once per year?

How many times during the year can I bank points? Do I have to bank only once per year or can I bank multiple times?

I need a few of this year's points to make a reservation for next year but would still like to use some of this year's points for a reservation this year. If I am unable to make a reservation that works with our schedule, can I bank more points at a later date?

as long as you meet the % deadlines for banking into the next year, you can make as many transactions as you need. However, I think I would wait until the dealine and do it all at once. If you wait too long, you are stuck with the points for this year.

You can bank as many times as you want, but remember that the transactions are cumulative as they apply to the banking deadlines.

For example, let's pretend you have 200 points with a February Use Year. Your banking deadlines would be:

100% - July 31
50% - October 31
25% - November 30

Now let's say that you banked 100 points on June 1st. That's 50% of your total points. After July 31 you would not be able to bank any more points. Even though the 8/1 to 10/31 window allows for banking of 50% of your points, that total allotment includes the points banked previously in the year.
