I am staying at the Beach Club for 5 nights with family, then moving to CBR for three more with a friend who is flying down when my family leaves. She is actually going to fly in the night before and stay at the Beach Club for one night. Can I add her to the reservation for one night or will I have to add her for all five?

You can add her for the one night when she arrives as long as adding her doesn't put you over the occupancy limit. Also, if she will make the 3rd adult, there will be a $25 additional adult fee to add her. If she needs to use DME from the airport, you can add her when you arrive and then make arrangements for her with DME. If she isn't added until she arrives, she will not be eligible for DME. HTH :).

Thanks. That is exactly what I needed to know.

I've done this twice and had no trouble with the DME at all, and I was also never charged the extra adult fee :)
