Can I add DDP later on?

OK, Seriously doing thought as to whether the DDP is the way to go for me and the wife. I have been using a spreadsheet that Nadjalu sent along and that has helped, but it's not convincing to me yet. My question is, Can I add DDP to a room only ressie at a later date? I'm hoping that they come out with free DDP again like late last year, but I am in the middle right now. The cost is a big factor for me, so I need all the help I can get.....Thanks!

You can't add dining without buying tickets and making it a package (room+tickets).

You can upgrade the package up to 3 days before arriving. Be aware that very ate changes (the last 2 weeks, I believe) will incur a $15 change fee that doesn't get waived like the $50 package change fee does on upgrades.
