Can guests resort hop?

I would like to visit PBH and RPR and maybe spend an hour or so at each pool or use their fitness room or check out the Luau. Is this permissible at the Universal resorts?

You can hop to any of the resorts, pools, etc. However, I believe that the fitness center is a separate charge - at the PBH anyway.

Oh well...I'm hoping they will let HRH and PBH resort guests come to the Luau. I've been to the disney luau--it will be interesting to compare the two, since universal works at providing a diifferent flair to their facilities and attractions from disney.
