Can GCH entrance/exit be used for ToT?

I am assuming you have to enter through the main gates, but are you allowed to exit into GCH? Does it make a difference if you're staying there?

I have never heard about a problem exiting to GCH. Only entering. And that apparently is only in the first 2 hours of the day - or so.

I didn't know, with the park closed to everyone but ToT attendees, whether or not you would be able to use the GCH entrance during the trick-or-treat party.

I have no idea about the ToT party...

Last year the GCH entrance was NOT open, either for entry or exit, during the Trick or Treat parties.
