Can DDP be added to res later?

We are booked at FW through Disney and AKL through DVC. Can we add DDP to our reservations later? I'm still undecided if we want to do DDP or not. If we can add it later, how far before the start of our trip can it be added.

For the DVC portion of the trip you have to add it 2 days before you arrive and pay for it then. For the fort wilderness part you would have to have a package deal to get it so you would have to add tickets also and I believe it would need to be added 60 days ahead.

Actually dining plans can be added up to 72 hours before arrival. Within 45 days of arrival it would have to be paid for at that time.

And your reservation would need to be a package with tickets, or changed to be a package with tickets. Guests with annual passes or eligible for the military room discount can change to a ticketless package. A ticket purchase is not necessary to add a dining plan to a DVC reservation.
