Can Californians buy BCV yet???

Could make a phone call to find this out I'm sure but being online thought I'd post this here for the experts. Wondering if California residents can buy BCV yet without being at WDW?? Thanks.

Don't know, but hopefully soon! My guide is out today but I left him a message. I hope to hear from him tomorrow. It's so hard to wait! Wish I could get out to WDW sooner.
