Can Banked Points Be Transferred

My brother is in the process of buying a contract through TSS. The seller had posted '06 pts. banked in the listing, but now wants to transfer these to his other same resort contract. Can the seller transfer banked pts. from the same resort contract to his other same resort contract?

Banked or borrowed points cannot be transfered. Transfered points can be banked as long as the deadlines are good.

This is so true! So many "rules" to keep up with! But I'm catching on. Yes I will be doing exactly that....transferring THEN banking! I am hoping the "morphing" is still going on! Thanks again...
