Can Anyone Use My Christmas Ressie? Dates can be changed.

If you prefer different dates, the reservation can be changed as long as you do not exceed 57 points and DVC has availability for the dates chosen. I rented points from another DVC Member in March for a Preferred Studio at the BWV starting 12/25 for 3 nights. This is a confirmed reservation. In April, we found out that my husband was being transferred and we had to move out of state. I have discussed the situation with the person I rented from and they will switch the name on the ressie if I find someone who wants it. The total reservation is for 57 points and I am asking $12/pp, possibly negot. These points come available in October, so there is a possibilty of changing the dates on them as well. (They are the only person who can contact DVC and make those changes.) As a past DVC owner, I have rented points from and to others in the past. If anyone is interested, please contact me. :earsboy:
