Can anyone tell me what this design "means"

I was looking through all the design websites and found an image I really like.

I don't know whose design it was(sorry I was looking at so many) What is the We Go On and the "lyrics?" referring to? Is that one of the songs on Spaceship Earth?

It is beautiful. "We Go On" is one of the songs toward the end of IllumiNations at Epcot.

Thanks so much! I found the design again and its by Midnite. She has some beautiful designs I'd love to use. Do I need permission or should I just say thank you if I use them?
