I am seriously considering "Worldquest Orlando" resort for our April, 2012 stay. I had one very positive review from a friend of a co-worker and it ranks very high on TripAdvisor. It seems to be in a good location for a split US/WDW trip..It is a good price for 2 BR condo.

I never see the place mentioned here on the DIS though? I trust my fellow DIS for advice...Anyone have experience with Worldquest?:confused3

I have not stayed here yet. However, I was in charge of a large family reunion (over 100 people) in Orlando last summer. I live fairly close to Orlando and spent most of my weekends for the better part of one year touring several hotels, resorts and condos in the area trying to find the right fit for my family. World Quest impressed me a lot. The staff was wonderful and friendly. Condos were very nice and well maintained. I toured three condos. The pool area was nice but no pool slides or water paly areas for the kids. The only things I found to be lacking were a place to dine and shuttles to the parks. If you have a car you will be fine here. I was impressed enough that my family of five will be staying here over Thanksgiving.

The resort sits back off a main street and can be hard to find the first time. It's very quick drive to the parks. We were at the Epcot parking lot in no more then 5 minutes from here.

I hope this helps.

We stayed here for 10 days summer of 2009. It is a great place very nice salt water pool. We were in a building far from the pool and club house. I would suggest requesting a building close to pool. They have a free continental breakfast in the main building with your basic coffee, muffins, cold cereal and toast. One thing to keep in mind if you want housekeeping they charge extra for the service. We did not bother since there is a washer and dryer in the room so you can wash towels and linens. It is a nice place for the price I would stay there again. Hope that I have helped.:thumbsup2
