Can anyone tell me a good hotel off I-75 in Fl?

Later this year we'll be driving down to Disney, and were thinking of staying in either Gainesville or Ocala. Can anyone tell me of a good, clean hotel in either area (We're not worried about price, moreso that its a good hotel)? We drove straight thru last year, and although, most will say if we get this far, keep going, we would like to stop around dinner time, as opposed to 10pm. Driving straight thru worked well, but our DDs fell asleep after dinner, then we had to wake them up again at 10pm when we got there, etc. Anyway, if you know of a nice hotel, please let me know! Thanks.

We have a stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Gainesville a few times when visiting DH's family. Nothing fancy but clean and in a decent area. Only problem we had was once we got a king bed and it was the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on (don't know if it is all of them or just that particular bed), the doubles have always been fine though.

You can usually get it for $40-50 a night off of Hotwire as well.
