Dave Barry is a good one. And if you like his humor you will love anything by David Sedaris (Amy Sedaris' brother, who I also love). He writes memoirs and it just makes you laugh until you cry. Very light-hearted and east reading.

Celia Rivenbark and Christopher Moore are hilarious.

My favorite Christopher Moore books are "Lamb: The gospel according to Biff" and "Dirty Job". If you want to be festive there is also one entitled "The Stupidest Angel"

Celia Rivenbark is hilarious. I have read "Bless you heart, tramp" as well as one of her other books.

I like Jen Lancaster ... Bitter is the New Black and Bright Lights, Big A$$ are the only two I have read but they were both really funny. Almost in a Shopaholic type way as she is writing about herself. I need to read the other one. They do follow each other so you need to figure out which one is first, I can't remember.

"I Love You Beth Cooper" by Larry Doyle. The movie they made from it was terrible, but the book is awesome. I laughed so hard I cried reading the first page. It's hilarious.

I loved and LAUGHED all the way through "When you are engulfed in flames". It was not what I was expecting, but SOOOOOO funny.

Anything Christopher Buckley. The last one had him sending Judge Judy as a Supreme Court justice. And Boomsday is one of my favorite's of all times. Plus he reads quickly.

Though I'm reading Nanny Returns now. I'm laughing as much as I did in the original Nanny Diaries..
